CAJA MADRID created its Corporate Governance Annual Report in accordance with what is established by Law 26/2003, of 17th July, on transparency of listed limited companies, by Order ECO 354/2004, of 17th February, and the Circular 2/2005 of the CNMV, of 21st April, on the Annual Corporate Governance Report and other information on Savings Banks which issue securities admitted to negotiation on Official Securities Markets.
