The expectations identified through stakeholder dialogue channels will call at times for immediate or strategic changes, which are addressed by Caja Madrid leaders on a delegate basis according to their characteristics:

  • In cases where stakeholder demands require changes to be made with a certain urgency, the ensuing actions are decided by the corresponding Committee and, in the last instance, by the Management Committee, which will also assign the necessary resources and investment funds.
  • When time is available, the change can be integrated within the annual planning cycle, such that it is approved by the Management Committee and Board of Directors and subsequently implemented via the work plan established for the relevant organisational group.

In this way, the Management Committee can stay permanently hands on with the Organisation's social, environmental and economic performance, as shaped by ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders.
