Caja Madrid is convinced of the value of flexible working and of providing a family-supportive structure. Its efforts to help staff develop their full potential and reconcile their home and professional lives have been used as a benchmark by the Madrid Regional Government in the publication “Best Practice Guide for the Flexible, Sustainable Company”.

The measures in place are available to all employees. Diversity-sensitive policies and those favouring equal opportunity are particularly prized within our organisation’s continuing tradition of creating stable, quality employment.

With these considerations in mind, Caja Madrid has established a series of measures to help staff reconcile their personal and working lives, which enlarge and improve upon the rights enshrined in both current legislation and the applicable Collective Agreement.
