Caja Madrid understands that bank usage is a fundamental right of every individual regardless of his or her physical, geographical or social situation. It accordingly works to enhance accessibility from a two-way perspective:
- Establishing distribution channels that can be used by people with different types of physical and visual disabilities, or living in outlying towns or rural areas.
- Designing social products for economically vulnerable collectives and promoting wealth creation through the assistance given to small businesses.
