The idea

The Caja Madrid Group is aware that parents have to go on working through the long school holidays and “no school” days, so has organised a series of programmes and educational, cultural and leisure activities for the children of its employees.

Results

  • 36 destinations with a choice of 75 activities.
  • Over 1,263 children taking part.
  • Extremely high satisfaction scores in the soundings taken, with most users coming back each year.
  • Prizewinner in the first edition in Spain of the Corporate Social Responsibility MarketPlace organised by Forética, in the “Equal Opportunities and Diversity” category.
