Change management
The expectations identified through stakeholder dialogue channels will call at times for immediate or strategic changes, which are addressed by Caja Madrid leaders on a delegate basis according to their characteristics:

- In those cases where stakeholder demands require that changes be made and implemented urgently, the appropriate actions are decided by the relevant Committee and, in the last instance, by the Management Committee, which will also earmark the necessary resources and investment funds.
- When more time is available, the change can be integrated into the annual planning cycle, such that it be approved by the Management Committee and Board of Directors and subsequently implemented via the work plan established by the competent group in the organisation.
The Management Committee is thus able to stay permanently abreast of and involved in Caja Madrid's social, environmental and economic performance, as shaped by ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders.
