Caja Madrid has conducted a review, using an in-house analytical methodology, of its map of stakeholders, to ensure their expectations are known and receive priority attention as the building blocks for strong lasting relationships.

In close cooperation with representatives of stakeholder organisations, the group's social responsibility working group has mapped out the position of each Caja Madrid stakeholder group according to:

• Impact potential: its capacity to influence the Group's performance through its decisions and actions.
• Management quality: how the organisation deals with the group, mobilising the resources and taking the actions to manage the relationship fruitfully.

Prioritising stakeholders is the starting point for determining the core concerns of each group and deciding the social responsibility projects that Caja Madrid should undertake to meet their needs and expectations.

This will allow Caja Madrid to act with precision on the points of most concern to stakeholders, generating relationships mutual trust.
