Active consultation with stakeholder groups

Caja Madrid's continuous engagement with stakeholders to keep abreast of their core concerns, needs and expectations is embodied in the following projects:

Customer satisfaction surveys

The yearly satisfaction perception studies include questions to poll our customers on their opinion regarding the social projects and products and on how well the organisation manages our social responsibility.

Customer focus group

This qualitative study is based on meetings with customers where we can see and hear firsthand their concerns, expectations and requirements, as invaluable feedback on how they see Caja Madrid managing its social responsibility and possible areas for improvement.

Questionnaire on the content of the CSR Report

The results are analysed so we can see the opinions sent to us on the information in the Report and suggestions by the readers and users on other matters of interest that are not covered.

Impact report

A follow-up report tracking developments in the areas of most interest to stakeholders in the Social Responsibility Report.
