  • Health insurance scheme for all Group employees (100% subsidised) and their spouses and children (30% subsidised).
  • Emergency payments for staff, their spouses and/or children in exceptional cases which do not enjoy standard healthcare cover and cause demonstrable economic hardship.
  • Pension plan to cover future retirement with an external pension scheme (supplementary to the Social Security entitlement). The individualised quarterly contributions are equivalent to 10% of the employee's fixed salary and 4% of performance-related pay.
