Stakeholder consultation and engagement process continued, with new initiatives:
- Customer satisfaction surveys: The yearly satisfaction perception studies included questions for customers on our social projects and products and on how we manage our social responsibility.
- Focus groups with customers: A qualitative study was carried out involving meetings with customers to know their concerns, expectations and needs. These focus groups have given us perspective on Caja Madrid's social responsibility management performance and possible improvements.
