Central library for employees

What are we doing?

We have started up the central library online service for Caja Madrid Group employees, hosted on the employees portal, where its more than 45,000 publications can now be consulted by our professionals from anywhere in Spain.

The online central library service can be used to:

• Request to borrow books online.
• Consult the catalogue and latest additions to the collection.
• Propose new acquisitions.

Results

The service went into operation on 25 October 2007, and as of December 2008 had registered:

• 257,443 web visits.
• 17,963 books borrowed.
